I just had to write and tell you what a wonderful experience it was to have had the opportunity to work with such professional people. I had quite a bit of damage that occurred at my house due to a storm and water damage from my dishwasher. Your people are so polite, knowledgeable and caring. Rodney and Jim are quite the duo. They are friendly and care about what they do. Each and every person that worked on my house was extremely detailed and knew exactly what they were doing. The finished product was more than I could have hoped for. Even when I asked them to come back out for some minor things, they were courteous and prompt and got the job done.
Again, I would like to say what a pleasure it was to work with the caliber of people affiliated with your organization. I have referred your company to other people and am in the process of getting another estimate on something else at my house.
