Hi Steve,
First, thank you so much for how quickly you got my repairs done. I
appreciate it more than I can express. My parents spent a lot of time on
the deck while they were here (they're on blood thinners so get cold easily,
so spent a lot of time outside). They loved the extension.
Second, thank you for being so patient with my changes of mind and back and
forth about the length and placement of the steps. You were very kind and
understanding, and didn't pressure me (until the time came that I absolutely
had to make a decision), and even then you were very nice about it.
I know there were a couple of extra things that you didn't charge me for,
and I really appreciate it.
Thank you for sending Alex a graduation gift. You certainly didn't have to,
but he really appreciated it. I'm sorry you weren't able to make the party.
It was great!!! (and really load-tested my new deck.) The weather was
perfect. We had about 60 to 70 people, and although the invitations said
6:00 to 8:30, it went until 11:00. So I guess that means it was a good
party! My neighbors have all been so complimentary of you and your
employees, and everyone commented on how well-built the new extension is.
I'm sure you will be getting calls in the future from some of them.
